Clinic Policies

Fees are structured to support the most progressive medicine and surgery. However, we have no desire to extend anyone beyond his or her means or intentions. A written estimate of charges is available upon request. All accounts must be paid in full before an animal can be discharged. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.  

Federal law requires that we must examine your animal prior to prescribing or dispensing most medications. An annual examination and/or blood tests or other procedures may be required to refill most prescriptions. These requirements are for your pet’s safety and are required by law. Your understanding of this matter is appreciated. If you have questions about what is required to get a prescription refill, please do not hesitate to ask. For faster service, it is recommended to call ahead for prescription refills.
